Cut of a stone

I want to know the percentage in outcopme of a good cut of 1 carat, 2 carat, 3 carat, 4 carats e.t.c...

some ppl use to tell me that it is around 30% outcome but i just want to be sure if it could be more.....

what carat will you get out of all these stones...im just curious i know you will need more information but just give me,,,i mean an idea of what will be the outcome of these stones when cut out.

The answer for the round red is the same, except they usually laser saw and loose another 1-2%.
