Long time everyone! Missing the gold old days of stalking this forum before IG existed
Well cutting to the chase, I had a 1.8ct D/SI1 pear cut set in a heavier milgrain halo and was looking to reset the stone in something a bit more sleek and modern and less gaudy (though, I secretly do love gaudy haha). So I reached out to a dear friend of mine Julie Lamb (www.JulieLambNY.com) to get the project started. While halos aren’t really popular anymore, I still love them so wanted a dainty one to frame the stone and a way to incorporate my initials MM into the basket. Everything came out great, but now I just I have to get use to the “shrinkage” since there is much less bulk
So without further ado... here’s some eye candy
