But I had to share - this is too funny! I found a new way for us to take ear pics! This way is much easier and just hilarious. DH thought it was the funniest thing ever.

Take a photo of your earrings on an InStyle magazine photo! They're scaled to true size! So funny!!!!

Yes, I plan on seeking professional help! LOL.

just had to come back and have another look. they''re insanely gorgeous!

i''ve decided to keep my ring as is, and do a slightly smaller version - same size inner stone, but with 15 pt stones circling, instead of 20 pointers. might even end up going a little smaller. in fact how about i just completely copy your gorgeous pair?!!

seriously tho - thanks for your comments and help with this, watch this space as it emerges over the coming year; my 50th birthday gift will be the earrings and a ring and i''m already excited about the whole plan!
