Custom designed GOG rings?

I''m just wondering if there is already a thread on this... on more pictures, thier site says the section with setting pics is down, but if anyone has has thier settings done at GOG i''d love to see!

Ok i just read that they do custom designs for locals and otherwise refer to Mark Morrell... is this true? I love their diamonds but i''d prefer to get it set with them too!!!!!

Where did you read that GOG only creates custom setting for locals? Although I don't know for sure I doubt that their custom setting policy is based on the geographical location of the client. Canada Ham's setting was made by GOG. Based on the screen name, I would assume the poster is from Canada (not a GOG local).

Contact Marie at GOG. Please let me know what she states as I might also be interested in a GOG custom creation.

What is your dream setting? They do offer a variety of various designer settings and many of the designer settings can be customized. The in-store selection is much more vast than what is shown on their website.

hello! i am indeed Canadian and my setting was custom made for me by GOG

i remember reading on the forum while doing my research that GOG only made custom settings for locals but i believe that post was from several years ago and i guess their policy has changed since. they do make custom settings and Marie can help you with that.

Sorry for late reply. I havent contacted GOG by telephone yet

My dream setting is 2620 tacori with the matching band, and i want the engagement band to be plain. I have told my bf this and i''m letting him do the rest!

I read that GOG only do custom designs but when i went back to the thread i realised it had been written in 2004!! so my apologies there, i''m sure they''ve grown a lot since then! I am very much interested in using them to buy my diamond and then set the tacori ring for me!

you can also contact GOG by email if that is easier for you. i communicated with them mostly through email when i bought my ring from them.

GOG will be able to get the tacori setting you want. i found this thread of a GOG august vintage cushion set in the tacori 2620:

The 2620 is available in a plain shank style (PT and WG). Contact Marie at GOG as they carry Tacori. You can also discuss a custom design as well with her but be advised that they cannot and will not create the exact style as it is a copyright violation.
