It''s so gorgeous!!! Love the 3-stone with a 6 prong center!

Very interesting to see a three stone with a six prong center - it looks great! Was the wedding band yours or is it new as well?

Would love to see many more pics of this setting!!

Gorgeous! I LOVE the yellow gold!

Hi
Thanks for everyones feedback, it is so nice to share this with PS, real life friends are not into diamonds and would totally get the wrong idea if I tried to show my ring to them iywkim.

I will try and post some more photos of the profile and hand shot over the next day or so, but I am soooo bad at jewellery photos hmphf...

I will also try and dig up some photos of the .33 old center diamond which was reset into a BGD sliding bezel. It is a Stuller piece I beleive and really turned out well.

- the proportions of .20 1c .20 really seem to work for me. It shows of the center stone whilst still being a three stone ring. Yep, It was inspired by Yssies marvelous ring. I changed the side stone 3 prongs to 4 prongs and "closed" the trellis profile, it also worked better that way as it was yg and wg setting

I specifically told Joe at WF I wanted delicate prongs, IRL they are very delicate but sturdy and look great, WF did a wonderful job with the prongs and setting.

Tigian,
my hand size is 5.5, but I have short stubby childish fingers, so I think my hands look bigger than they are if that makes any sense.

My original set is YG, so I kept true to my original e-ring, my old e-ring looks similar, we just updated the flow of the setting.
MissGotRocks
Yep, that is my original 14 year old wedding band, WF gave it a bit of a polish and it looks as good as new.

I will try and get some more pics of the setting for those who have asked. It will take a day or two, and I am on different time zone so please excuse the delay.

Thanks for your kind words.

OK, looking at the preview for what I wrote the bolding hasnt come out etc, there seems to be a bit of an issue with the html coding in the draft =- so please excuse the weird spacing etc... not sure why I cant go back and edit properly, but thanks again

I really like the 'closed' trellis in yg with the head in white - really highlights the different sections.

Would love to see pics of the pendant

Beautiful....
I love the kind lines on the design, they all flow so nicely :)

One last question: does your wedding band sit flush or is there a gap?

Love the last WF pics - just gorgeous!!

Beautiful! Love the swoopy center stone prongs! Gives it that royal crown 6 prong look!

What an amazing Ring it turned out to be

I just love this ring, it''s gorgeous!!! The sizes of the stones work perfectly together, and the profile is so beautiful...and I love the rich look of the yellow gold! You must be so thrilled to finally be wearing this piece, enjoy!

MissGotRocks,

it sits perfectly flush. I sent my wedding band in to WF and Joe so they could make sure it sits flush. In the photo there is a small gap, but that was me trying to get camera angles and not pushing the rings together.

The weird thing was that if anyone remembers my thread from ages ago, an australian high end jeweller totally rubbished my idea of putting a 1c in between my two old .20 c stones and said the porporations would look horrible and not flow. Now, I understand we all have different taste, but WF did a great job, and the porportions are lovey, whilst not the tradional 3 stone proportions perhaphs, but I really like it, and I was a bit worried about it, so everyones feedback has certainly helped
