Cushion: Which is best?

Below are three cushion diamonds - two JA and one ERD. Which, if any, do you think is a winner?

Thought I should mention prices:

1. $4,770
2. $5,340
3. $5,200

2 looks to have some leakage on the table and the outer right pavilion. This is an 8-main but I don't think the aset is that great.

1 looks nice in the video...I think the aset is okay but does not look like there is even light distribution as someone was kind enough to point out to me!

Any thoughts on all three would be swell!

#3...the ERD stone has a way better ASET. ...no doubt about it....a clear winner IMO. It looks really nice...hope you put it on hold.

The JA asets are just weird these days and unreliable. From the videos of the stones I would think the 8 main would be the stronger performer. But the ASET shows the 4 main as the stronger performer.

Did the gemologist AGREE with the ASETs, or did he recommend the 8 main over the 4 main?

That said, since I KNOW ERD's ASET is reliable, I'd go with that one. Plus its cheaper than the 4 main at JA.

The gemologist went with the 4-main over the 8-main. I think I like the ERD one the best but I can't help to think it could be better in terms of the aset i.e., like this one: http://www.engagementringsdirect.com/1.50-carat-h-vs2-x-factor-cushion-cut-diamond-gid-155243.html the specs on this are out of my range, however.

What do you guys think?

i like the ERD stone best - and i like that, assuming youre getting the setting from ERD, it save a hassle and probably money too

Thanks Niel! I think it looks good as well but not sure if it is the one. I obviously have only been searching for just over a month so perhaps this ASET could be better?

Oh and JuileN, if you read this, I think I've decided against the H&A - I don't think it would look that great in a double halo with the straight edges.
