Cushion Solitares Help

Hello,
I am a brand new member to the site, which I love! Anyway, my boyfriend and I have been looking at rings for a while and hope to buy one in a few months. I know I want the Classic Platinum Tiffany Semi-Mount. However I am torn between princess cut and cushion cut. I really love the cushion, but have not seen very many pictures of them once they are set. Anyone out there with a few? Thanks!

Wow. Thank you both for the posts. They have been really helpful it is always nice to see the stone in different shapes and sizes to narrow down my search.

Indypitty, so glad that you received your stone from the Blue Nile, that is where I have been doing a good amount of research for one. I feel it gives me a lot more options than the stores do. Although, at first I was skeptical about not seeing the diamond before purchasing but your ring proves that you can!

there are lots of gorgeous cushions on this site! my advice would be to do a search for ''cushion'' and then click on threads listed under ''show me the ring''.

also, mark turnowski from engagement rings direct (NYC) is known for being the guy to go to for cushions, i don''t know much about them but many here who do say he selects absolute beauties. i would definitely give him a call, and do a search on him here too, so you can see what folks have to say about him and his cushions.
