Cushion Seeker Looking for Feedback on ERD

Can anyone who has had experience buying an antique/vintage style cushion from ERD comment on their experiences throughout the search and buying process? How would you contrast that experience from GOG, if applicable? Thanks in advance.

I have just gone through choosing between these 2 vendors. I read so many posts about both companies so I contacted both. For me, I found dealing with ERD to be disapointing. Perhaps because I do not have a lot of experience, I found them to be bording on rude (ERD that is). They emailed with a 2 line reply and a suggestion, then emailed the next day with ''Any report?''. Then when I started to ask lots of questions they actually told me i just had to trust them and got a little bit ''J-Lo'' about being questioned.

On the other hand GOG walked me through every single question I had. Made videos, compared stones etc. They could not have helped me more to understand things. I am based in Australia and not up to speed on all things diamonds, so I really needed to be hand held. They did this beautifully.

However I have read that ERD have been great - but certainly not from my experience.

I just got my AVC from GOG and I couldn''t be happier.
Have you seen something that suits what you are looking for?
