From what I have learned here about cushion cuts, the limited information provided on the GIA certificate will not give enough data about a cushion cut stone for anyone to make a judgement on the pros and cons of a particular stone. You should probably ask the vendor where the stone is listed if they will provide any of the information that ChunkyCushionLover mentioned, i.e., ASET images, video, etc. Once you have that information, post it here and ask for feedback. If the vendor can't or won't provide that type of info, you'd probably want to find another who will.
