Cushion advice

I am in the market for a four-facet cushion (want to create a Novo-like E-ring) and would like advice regarding stone selection. My budget is around $9000 for the stone but could go higher if necessary. This is one that caught my eye (1.60 H VS2)-- I was wondering if this is a desirable ASET for modified cushions? I am also certainly open to suggestions.

I also found this stone (1.53 H VS1, though it faces up 7 x 6.5) and would be curious to have other's opinions. Initially, I was after square cushions but actually don't mind the proportions of this stone.
