Curious to know what you guys think

Hi everyone,

I would love to have your input. I'm looking to upgrade my wife's ring. We went shopping, and we fell in love with heart shapes.

Unfortunately, there's not much inventory in stores to see personally, so I am looking online. My max budget is $10,000, and looking to buy around the size of 1.5ct. We saw 1ct heart but it seemed small. Are hearts significantly smaller than rounds?

Here are the contenders, I would love to know what you all think about the shape, the flourescence,etc and if its a good purchase or not.

Oooooh...I LOVE heart-shaped diamonds. Almost got one myself! Hopefully someone who knows more about them will weigh in, but FWIW the shape of the 1.66 looks better to me -- maybe it is a matter of taste, but I like that ratio a bit better for a ring.

Edited to add: You are probably fine with the fluorescence on either of the two that have it, given that it is merely faint or medium -- but I'd ask them to make sure the medium isn't overblue. My diamond has medium blue fluorescence with no haziness or milkiness and I love it all the more given that I know what a discount that fluor meant!

Not an expert either but I too like the shape of the 1.66 the best!

The one you posted the ASET of is a knock out. Seriously. That's the one I recommend. Especially since JA has suspended their ASETs till January. F color. BEAUTIFIUL stone, and the perfomance in that ASET is to die for.

I don't know much about proportions or asset images, but I have seen a lot of heart shapes and the 1.66 looks beautiful!

That's a really good heart cut. Not leaky under the table like a lot of them are. Maybe some light loss in a few spots but still fine.
