Curious family cross antique

Hi all,
I have this cross that my grandma gave me years ago and it belonged to my great great grandma. I’ve never seen anything like it and don’t know much about it. Does anyone know where it would be from or how much it would be worth? From my knowledge it’s 14k gold with a Ruby in the middle. I’ve always wanted to know the history of it but can’t find info anywhere!

Have you done a Google image search? If you do, I think you will see that it is very similar to a Byzantine Cross or Greek Cross.

Is there a hallmark? On first glance it looks European in design, agree with the slightly Greek Orthodox type styling.
