Culet on GIA report mandatory?

Does GIA always show the culet on the report diagram?
I'm looking at a vintage stone with a huge culet [and a recent GIA report]. The report says "no culet".

I would think it would say. Is the GIA# inscribed on the diamond?

Sounds like an error. With so many laboratories and so many new staff to do the diamond grading, such errors are not as rare as they once were and should be. Can you share the report and a picture of the diamond so that we will know better what you are seeing?
