Critique this ASET image

After doing ridiculous amount of deep dive, i've decided that i'm gonna purchase a lab grown diamond from Distinctive Gems.

The only thing i'm concerned about is the ASET image looking slightly off in the Yellow circle. It looks different from the other areas in the diamond.

Could someone explain this to me?

If you buy an electron scanning microscope you may able to detect some variation in the diamonds light performance from Mars.
Being able to see such tiny magnified variations and worrying about them is a mind thing not a human vision factor.

sure slight variation in the lower girdles/halves.
Good chance its not h&a with a small heart but its well cut just not h&a.
