You may have heard about the lockdown in Belgium today.
At this time Crafted by Infinity is halting production. We hope to resume in early April, with a better world situation, but getting back to speed will take time.
For pre-ordered diamonds in-process
Everyone is following the advised protocols. Paul Slegers informed me that walking/cycling is still allowed, but only alone or with a family member. That creates a silver-lining for his children because they love cycling trips with their father.
Finally, a bright spot from earlier today. The AGSL staff began working before the sun came up to finalize and send-out last batches for clients before they undergo a mandated 30-day closure. Their considerate, extra-effort in this difficult time is truly appreciated.
From myself, Lieve, Paul and the whole team - Positive thoughts, health and strength to all. Hang in there. We will find our way through this.

- Your crystals are secure, they are possessed by us, no risk of losing them
- Those orders will be given first-priority as we resume operations
- Your retail jeweler will be contacting you personally, to answer any questions you have
- 90% of our available inventory is in the USA with our retailers
- This includes an additional batch of Crafted by Infinity which left AGS today, and will be listed soon
- Our imaging partners are pending closure in NYC, so pics-videos may need to come from your retailer
