I find this utterly fascinating. I loved it - thank you for sharing.

Would you be able to live in the ISS? I don't think I would. The thought of not sitting down, laying down, for months upon months makes me a bit...twitchy.

Oh, I wouldn't mind swimming in a fishbowl for a few months.
I loved her hairdo.
I surely would not mind having access to those two walls of Nikkor's finest camera lenses. :naughty:

It might get difficult peeing into a vacuum hose ... I was going to write, "It might get hard peeing into a vacuum hose" but I decided to not write that.

I'm dreadfully ill at the moment, which lends itself to being what I call "sick emotional", but the shot over the top of Earth from the cupola made me tear up. How truly beautiful our home is.

I'm not as worried about number ones as I am number twos. I can imagine there are some...teething issues...when new astronauts come aboard.

The sleep pods were fascinating, as was the exercise equipment. I thought the fact that the bike was not mounted was FASCINATING, and her explanation as to why was even more fascinating.

Her floating around with her rings on made me nuts. I would be terrified of whacking it!

I was surprised at what looked like so little food but she made it sound like they had a ton of food.

The bathroom is definitely...weird. I wondered about showering.

But it was neat that she was talking about being home in the next 12 hours!

No kidding! The photo equipment in that russian area was AMAZING.

I Wikipediaed her out of curiosity and she's a really remarkable woman, only the second female commander of an expedition and the female holder of longest amounts of spacewalk time - 50 hours or so. She and two others arrived back on Earth last month, via Kazakstan. :))
