Found this beauty in a diamond we were evaluating today and thought that people might get a kick out of it... Looks kind of like a flying bug with antenna and all

We actually ended up rejecting the diamond because the GIA "SI-1" is more of an "SI-2" in our book but the inclusion is still cool...
 
Hey that's pretty neat.

Seems as good reason to buy the stone as to reject it.

Well, it was graded as an SI-1 by the GIA, but there is a substantial feather located within one of the kite shape bezel main facetsw which we can see with our eyes every time we pick up the stone even before we loupe it... The feather is substantial and the diamond is not "eye clean" so off it goes for the other vendors to play with... This is exactly the type of stone which makes us glad that we insist on seeing diamonds before our clients do...
