I posted two new messages yesterday: one was about contacting EGL to verify a cert/diamond. The other was to see if anyone has had a good experience with www.diamondsonweb.com...

What happened to my posted messages? Is there a moderator on this forum?

You posted them in the Show Me The Ring forum. Were they also posted in Rocky Talky? If, not re-post them here and edit this posting so it doesn't look silly.

Since they are still in the other forum, I doubt Leonid pulled them from this one.

We didn't see your other post, so we don't know exactly what you were asking, but it sounds as if you are probably trying to verify the details of an EGL issued lab report? This can be a bit of a challenge because the EGL laboratories are franchises, thus they don't share a common database and each laboratory is operated individually... So you need to determine which laboratory issued the report, the easiest way to do this is to contact one of the laboratories and ask them to help you make this determination. You can begin your quest here http://www.eglusa.com/

We've never head of the web site you referenced, but it may be a doorway to one of the more popular sites... Regardless of who they are, we recommend contacting the Jewelers Vigilance Committee http://www.jvclegal.com or is it .org? to ensure that the company does not have any unresolved complaints filed against them before sending them your hard earned money.
