Considering round shape diamond 1.10,G VVS2 from B2C Jewels

saw this diamond on B2C site, spoke with 1 of their rep yesterday, they have reserved this diamond for me,
could someone tell me what difference does the girdle make...Polished or rough?

Need suggestions with your expertise!

The stone looks great (on paper)! This stone has a faceted girdle. That is generally what we see on well cut stones.

Looks pretty decent enough, HCA score is also excellent!

Did B2C send image of this diamond? As VVS2 it will be eye clean stone.
I would say - if you like it go for it

yea this diamond is with good specs and I agree to you all but my concern is the girdle??? B2C is suggesting to go for faceted girdle reason being in rough girdle there are chance to accumulate dirt due to which diamond might appear gray from side. Is this reason good enough? Please help as I am about to close this deal.

Are those pictures and idealscope/ASET of the actual diamond? I didn't know B2C offered those services... cool. I can't tell whether the faintness in the idealscope is leakage or just a difference of the photography setup. It looks pretty respectable though.

I wouldn't pay for VVS2 clarity in a round. You won't see the difference between that and a VS2 with your naked eye. So you are just paying for stuff you can't see and makes no visual difference in the diamond.

While it looks lovely from the images, I dont think the price of VVS is worth it. VS is perfectly fine. Whiteflash offers lifetime upgrades and service is top knotch. I would go for the WF stone as suggested above. Browse their site.
