I was wondering if anyone has bought from this Ebay seller? Also what questions I should ask about the band?

WOW, stunning. If the stones are really G-H, VS then that''s a pretty good price I think.

I know a few others here have bought from Dover and been happy with their puchases. Do a search for Dover and see what comes up.

thanks Elle-Chris. I am nervous to make such a big purchase --if I bought ACAs they would all be certed and these arent. I would prefer the asschers and these actually look like asschers

If you can return the ring with no charge, you can always get it and have an appraiser check out the stones.

thats what bothers me --there are 2 listed at the same carat weight. and they look like the one on ebay that says 6.56 carats............

It''s beautiful. But it looks like they don''t accept returns unless the item was grossly misrepresented. That''d be a dealbreaker for me.

I bought a smaller diamond and platinum curved band from them around a year ago. It was exactly as described, a great value and the diamonds were very sparkly.
No complaints here

Loriken has purchased a high value ring from them, and if I remember correctly, I think she has consigned with them also. I would phone and speak to them directly. They are somewhat negotiable.

Dover will often work with you on their return policy if you ask nicely. I got my 2ct Transitional cut from them (and a gorgeous deco watch some years ago) and they let me have a no questions asked return period, when I asked for it.

My transitional cut was priced amazingly well, and was described by them as an I color. I knew there was *no chance* it was really an I color- even their pics clearly showed it as more like an M probably. So I decided if it was any lower than an N color I would return it. It was an N, in fact. Which was fine, it was what I expected and it was still a deal. BUT it was not as they described however, colorwise. The clarity was as good as they described it.

The watch was exactly as described and is my favorite.
