Congratulations, Tacori. I was looking at the number of your postings while you were taking a few days off and I didn''t know if I should start this thread then. Maybe I should have, since now I am late to your 10,000 postings thread. (This computer is on its way out. This is its last week.)

Like many other posters I have seen you go through many stages here. I remember when you were first here before you were married and you were discussing your Colombian sister with me, something that made me feel an instant bond with you. I have followed your progress through marriage and motherhood as I have followed that of some of my former students, with a sense of awe and pride in your accomplishments. You are not a young girl anymore! You are so competent!

It is always a pleasure to read what you write and it always was because you are an intelligent and thoughtful woman and a great contributor to any discussion. Tessa has a well-grounded and emotionally mature mother; she is a lucky girl .

Now for the important question: do you want a cake?
