confused please help

I am in the process of buying a ACA diamond and on the AGS lab report it states the crown percentage is 13.3% and in the Sarin Data it says it is 12.8%. which one accurate? Also is it so close as to render the difference immaterial as I am under the impression an ideal crown height for a princess cut should be around 10%. Any cause for concern?

well, for sarin accuracy, i expect it to be better than that, so the difference seems large.

but from a performance standpoint, doesn''t matter.
