Confused by WF''s diamond ratings?

So i'm looking at White Flash for Round cut diamonds, 1.22 ct, F color, SI2. My jeweler has one for me, with those specs, GIA certified, excellent symm, excellent polish, and excellent cut, asking $5500.

So I wanted to compare it with Whiteflash...I found this one that has a table & depth that would make it ideal but WF grades it only ONE STAR. Why???

I'm fairly new to this. What big difference between these stones am I missing??
