Any thoughts on comparing these two diamonds from B2C stock numbers 4325077 and 455145. Does the amount of clouding in 4555145 override the excellent dimensions and specifications of this diamond?

As mentioned to you in earlier threads, picture images, Idealsdcope, Lab Reports (and links would help) are needed to see if the stones have potential to investigate thoroughly and compare given stones.

I would also suggest if you really want to learn and get great information, go to a web site like GoodOldGold.com he has great articles, pictures, references and he is also a very well respected vendor that is mentioned on the site many times. From there you will have a much better idea maybe what you want in a diamond.

I've been learning but it is a slow process and the post topics (Advice on two diamonds ; Need honest opinion; Feed back on 2 Brian Gavin diamonds; Help with opinion on this diamond) made me think this forum might be a place for a non-expert to get some help. I didn't realize that i needed to know more before posting. I really am so sorry for intruding. Is there some way for me to delete my posts?

You are not intruding, we are all here to learn. Suggested links for information, requesting additional information from a vendor is part of that. All of us here at one time had no knowledge of diamonds and this web site is for everyone.

What I suggested to you was to get that additional information, then post for help, but just to post an item number from a web site where the vendor does not provide picture images, Ideascope, Lab Report, etc and expect someone to help without the needed information will be very hard.

You are fine.

You don't need to know more before posting.

But we need more information to help you. So you need to understand what we need and why we need it so you can get it to us.

That's why we are suggesting you spend some time studying.

Plus we'd like to educate you a bit so that you can make an informed decision.

We can make decisions for you, if you prefer. You can post your budget and what you want and we can give you the best stones we can find for you for your budget, and you can just pick one and go from there.

Or we can educate you a bit so you can make a more informed choice.

It's up to you.

Which route would you like to go.

If you'd just like to have us recommend stones to you, post your budget and what size and shape you want. We are going to assume you want the best cut available, so we will give that you automatically, and then we'll balance the rest of the factors (clarity and color) best we can for you.

But it seems like you want more than that. So we are trying to help you GET more. But that means that we need to get you a bit more knowledge to give you that.

Okay?

ALSO, when posting stones for input, please provide the link. For the B2C stones you asked about, please link us to them instead of posting the numbers. Thank you.
