Thanks for all the comments guys. I just got it and it looks better in real life than it does in the pix. When the future fiance picked this out, I was a little bit skeptical, but ultimately she''s wearing the ring and not me, so she has the final word. In response to your questions, there are diamonds concentrated at the top near the 3 stones which give it some extra sparkle, and then diamonds are scattered in the middle part of the band with no diamonds on the bottom part. If you think about the dynamics of what people can see when you wear a ring, I think it makes sense to have this design. The band is quite petite which is a major plus, I''m not a fan of big bands and it''s probably more comfortable to wear with less obstruction on your other fingers especially given how long you''ll be wearing it.
The center stone is 1.221, Whiteflash ACA, SI1 eye clean. The sidestones are 0.25ct Whiteflash ACA and there is 0.44ct of diamonds scattered on the band which are also Whiteflash ACA. The band is 5.5.
The diamonds perform quite well and are sparkly in a wide variety of lighting conditions including low lighting conditions.
