Wedding Colors Question- Opinions needed!

Alright ladies, I need some help with my colors. Our colors are light blue and light green with accents of ivory and champagne. My dress is light ivory.

We already purchased the blue dresses below and plan to rent the brown tuxes below, with matching brown vests. My question has to do with the tie colors. I planned on having an ivory tie for FI, light green for the groomsmen, and champagne for the dads. Is this too busy with the blue dresses?

Here is my idea for the ties (please ignore the black tuxes... it''s all David''s Bridal had, but we ARE doing brown):

Here it is all together using the David''s Bridal program... but the colors in the pictures above are more acturate for the dresses/tuxes we bought/will rent:

I really like your colors, and I love brown tuxes! But I think that if the tie colors and vest colors are different, it really makes the tie stand out, and since the ties won''t match the bm dresses, I think green ties might stand out a bit much. What else will be the light green color?

I think a brown tie might blend a bit better than the green, but I think the champagne ties will look great on the dads!

THanks for the suggestion. I actually thought the brown vests would help the ties not stand out so much! I''ll have to rethink that

The green will be incorporated through flowers mostly, but it will be mix of greens. We''ll also be using some green ribbon around our centerpieces.

Thank you... but to be honest, I can''t remember if that is the exact tux we chose! It looks very similar though.

I''ll weigh in on this one as it''s a similar color scheme to the one I used. Our gm had brown tuxes with brown vests and teal/aqua ties that matched the bm dresses. The flowers were green and wrapped in teal/aqua. DH wore a green tie with ivory flowers, and I was in all ivory with ivory flowers. I tied in the blue with a pretty brooch on the flowers. Our dads wore their own black suits ties that went with our mom''s dresses, so my dad wore champagne and my fil wore an eggplant. IMO it doesn''t matter as much if the dad''s attire match perfectly with the rest of the bridal party as they won''t be in that many pictures right next to the bridal party. In fact I don''t have a single picture of our parents and the rest of the bridal party together. As long as they look nice and it''s evident that they are part of the wedding party, I think you''re fine. I really like your combination just the way it is! What are you envisioning for your flowers?

The flowers will be ivory/white stock, green button flowers, light blue delphinium, green hypernicum berries, ivory wild roses, and various green foliage.
