Colored Stone Liquidity

What sources, outside of those available to jewelry insiders with RapNet, IDEX, Polygon, are available to provide liqudity for colored stones, specifically rubies. I''ve been told that for larger stones Sotheby''s is a possibility.

I''ve found JewelDeluxe.com to be lacking on quantity and activity, just interested if someone else has another source which they believe would be better.

Maybe someone can answer this.. Would cherrypicked.com be a good source for an individual to sell a ruby? I certainly enjoy looking at their website and their stones seem to come from various owners.
