Colombian emerald. How I could find out true worth?

I have a Colombian emerald (emerald cut) it is laser inscribed. I have its original and only certificate of authenticity which was date certified in November the 13th 1995. It is 2.31 carats. I wanted to know if anyone knew an estimated value of this stone?
