You need the diamond vendor to answer that question for you. Have they told you the diamond is eyeclean since a crystal is the primary inclusion? Have you seen the stone yourself? The diamond would not appear cloudy after awhile if it has no issues with cloudiness now. If you have not seen the stone, you need to request magnified images of it. The only other thing I would point out is that it has a really low crown angle (we recommend 34-35 for the crown angle usually).

I would be more worry about the cut quality than the clouds on this stone. Table % > depth %.. :knockout: , Low crown height.. :knockout:
