Cloud, Crystal, Knot on GIA VS2 - comments?

I am still looking for "the right on"... and I desided to consider VS2 clarity diamond.
Please, give a comment on this one:

CLOUD, CRYSTAL, KNOT
Diamond is still graded as VS2 (GIA)
What do you think about this?

Measurements are:

Medium-slightly thick (faceted) 3.5%

Light Return Excellent
Fire Excellent
Scintillation Excellent
Spread Very Good
HCA 0.6

Confirmed as eye-clean, not cloudy at all, 100% safe for setting.

Well, it very well could be eye-clean. Have you expressed your concern with BlueNile that you are out of the country and if you
have to return the stone because it is not eye-clean (or if it is cloudy), that it will be very difficult? I would really stress the point
with them. Ask them if you can see anything from any distance.

Looks like this stone is priced lower than other H/VS2s of the same size. Some times that means you found that one in a hundred
stone that is priced lower due to inclusions but is still eye-clean or sometimes it means that its just not as eye-clean as it should be
at a VS2 level. Are you concerned about it being eye-clean from the sides? If so, you need to ask about that also.

Do you think it could be cloudy according to the video?

I already asked if it is eye-clean from sides and they said that it is. Maybe I will ask again just to be sure.
This same diamond was a bit more expensive last week and that was the reason I did not considered it and then on the morning it was suddenly a little bit cheaper and fits my budget. I do not know why this happened?

Are the measurements good? 34.0 & 40.6?
I read that the optimal angles would be 34.5. and 40.8. Should I try to find one with these?
