Claw prongs catching fibers. Send back to WF?

Hi all. I have been loving my new upgrade but am finding that I am picking fibers out of my prongs multiple times a day. Is this a claw prong thing? My last head did not have claw prongs and I did get the occasional fiber but not very often. If I run my fingernail over the prongs I can feel it catch under one of the prongs. Should I send back to WF to fix or is this normal? I am asking here first before reaching out to them.

Yes, I’d sent it back. You can clearly see there’s a gap between the prongs and the stone…this can also be a security issue if it snags and you pull hard enough.

Just updating my thread for fellow PSers. WF fixed the prongs and they now sit beautifully flush. They actually remade the whole head. Shipped everything overnight shipping. I can’t say enough good things about WF. The whole team is top notch.
