OOH -- I LOVE chrysoberyl, and I can''t wait to see pics of yours. Of course, it will probably make me want to buy another one... I am soooooo addicted!

Congrats on getting what I am sure is a beautiful stone! What are your plans for it?

Here are the pictures.. I really think asscher cuts are one of the most difficult to capture.

Wow, it looks like you got a really good deal on that stone. Jeff White has a color shift crysoberyl on his site for a lot more $$$, and it''s only slightly larger, and this one looks very similar, but is so well priced. I think Gene cut that stone amazingly well, and you have a gorgeous stone at a great value IMHO. Truly a one of a kind.

Congratulations!!

Yes, they really are! My aqua is insanely difficult to photograph.

It''s an awesome stone Mochi! Have you shot it in direct sunlight? Incandescent?

Oh man, now I want one too.

What a beautiful stone! It looks like a yellow-green diamond.

Have you thought about how you are going to set this?

Yes, it reminded me of a diamond I saw on the DBL website once.
