I just found a thread on a ring that you had modified from prongs to bezel with milgraining. Would you mind sharing information on who did this for you and/or any contact information you may have. Thanks so much for your help!!!

I will try and find her for you Taylor!

Thanks, Lorelei. If you didn’t flag me from over in CS, I would have never seen this thread.

Taylorbug,
I entrusted Quest Jewelers with this prong to bezel modification only because they are the one who actually hand-made this ring. They are located in Virginia and you can check out their webpage here: http://www.questjewelers.com As you know, the original design has 4 flattish prongs per the original Tiffany design but since I wanted to protect the very thin girdle of my OEC, I decided that a bezel is the best choice. Working with Quest was very stress free as they are extremely capable and professional. I felt that their charge is also appropriate for what I wanted. Initially, it was a plain bezel but after looking at the pictures they sent, it didn’t look right since the rest of the “ribbon” has milgrain. They didn’t think a full bezel will be suitable either as it will overpower the setting and instead suggested milgrain on the inner portion of the bezel only. It turned out beautifully and I’ve never regretted changing it from the original design. Hope that helps.
