I was thinking jelly beans!! Stunning ring. I love how delicate the metalwork in the setting is. Congrats and TFS!Date: 1/29/2010 9:55:15 PM

and yes, those are grape tomatoes!!
I''m so happy that you think it look''s nice and tight, because thats exactly what I wanted. I didn''t want to be able to see a gap between the girdle and the halo, but I also didn''t want to see a bunch of prongs holding the diamonds in the halo. When I began looking for settings I originally decided on a Tacori setting (see below) but when I went to the store to try it on they didn''t have it in stock, which is when they showed me the Christopher Designs setting. After that my mind was made up, and the search for the diamond began. Once we found the diamond, the jeweler gave Christopher Designs the dimensions and told them to build the ring to our specifications, which were obviously that we didn''t want to see a gap, and that we wanted the center stone to sit as flush as possible with the halo. They did an amazing job and the turn around time was under jus over 2 weeks!!Date: 2/2/2010 4:14:33 PM

The halo of diamonds looks great! It looks nice and tight and yet plump somehow. I think it is the way you can see the outline of the halo melee.
