Re: the 1.88, I'm not crazy about bigger tables (I prefer them in the low-to-mid 60s) & the SI2 kinda scares me, unless you're sure it's eye-clean from all angles & from close-up?
Have you looked on the Gem Appraisers website? You can get a general idea of what you should be looking for in princess cuts (go to the cut grading chart for princesses)

Interesting. Maybe a little low...but it's sure going to face up very large b/c of the good depth...and I'm sure it's still going to be a nice stone. I would be VERY tempted!!!
