Hey all,
I am going to Chicago for my first visit tomorrow. I will have free time as I am going with my husband on a business trip.
Can anyone recommend some shops they like? I did a search here, but not much comes up on the Diamond District in recent years. Yes, I know to be leery and all that, but I still want to get out of the hotel and looking at stones is a favorite excursion for me. We are saying at the Fairmont. Actually, I would be interested in a modest setting, more than a stone. I have several unset stones and am considering taking one with me. That would make a nice treasure from the trip, if anyone has any recommendations. Thanks!
