That must be the one people were asking MWG to look at when he was there visiting Brian Gavin yesterday.

However, it is not good enough, know why?

No Sarin, Hearts view pics, or Asset image.

Haha, only joking

There's a good reason for this, Pyramid: Our reflectors are only good up to around 9.00 mm diameter. We had to improvise a setup to get the ideal-scope image (as you can see). We'd need to build larger stages & cones for H&A and ASET viewers to make them useful relative to the size of this stone. To that end we treat it more like a collector's piece, since it's one-of-a-kind. We hope an interested buyer will interact with us personally on it.

Oh, that''s interesting, too big for the technology. I just assumed it had been put on the site before the Asset etc. technology was available and hadn''t been updated.

John,
How long can you hold that stone for me?

Hahaha...Harriet, I was going to ask you when you were going to upgrade to this! I say skip buying your apartment and buy this diamond instead!

Hehe. The downpayment on my apartment is less than the cost of this stone.

Darn it! They forgot the sold sign!

Sorry ladies...I bought it this morning. LOL! Yeah right! But, maybe......If I got an equity line..........

Will this stone be too big?
31.gif

Is there such a thing???
31.gif
Not for me!

How big would you go in a rb?

I''m not really a rb kinda girl, though I try very hard! I hope to be one day. They sparkle like mad, but, rbs usually say traditional and I am anything but traditional. I have some pear studs that would make fab side stones for a three stone (pear round pear). From what I''ve seen in jewelry stores I don''t love anything over 4ish cts. BUT, I tend to like ANY large diamonds so no arm twisting would be needed to get me to wear an 8 ct stone. My finger is 13mm wide so I guess I''d need to keep it under that.

check out an old thread how would you set a 9 carat? not eng ring by garry h. there is a hand shot of the finished product. that might give you an idea of how big you would go.

Eek!

What about you, Harriet? What''s your rb size limit?

4, or so I think.

Honey, you''re just about there!!!

Thank goodness.

My word. Is that for real?

left hand or right? On the right? probably 30 LOL I just wouldn''t wear it all the time. On my left I like a ring I don''t have to take off so probably 5.
