Have you seen a diamond like this? It is listed on eBay by Melony Pino. Here is the description:

What do you think the age might be?

I''ve admired this ring off and on for awhile.

My concern about it has always been that it would probably not be easy to reset - the main stone is a very particular shape, quite elongated.

It''s beautiful in its current setting, but might not be the most versatile if someone wanted to reset it.

Either way it''s really a gorgeous ring and quite unique! The stone looks fairly bright for very longish proportions.

Sweet Jesus, that thing is gorgeous. Love the double halo, love the milgrained bezel, and can''t stop staring at that stone...what is it?! elongated OMC? Longish/rectangularish cushion? Dunno. DELISH?? YES.

Its a gorgeous ring! I don''t know why you would possibly want to reset it!!!! No clue what it is, I don''t know antiques. But it looks like the corners are cut like a jubilee or something? LOVE IT

That''s incredible. So different and really stunning. How much is she asking for it? An ER like that would be one of a kind, right?

I went over to Ebay and it looks like she is starting the bidding at $16,500.00 No bids yet. The pictures are really nice. The diamond doesn''t have visible inclusions from what I can tell. It''s very white. I would probably get it (if I could afford it right now LOL) and have it re-set in the same style as the current setting but with a more updated basket, maybe something more like the Tiffany Legacy style, and then I would replace the small diamonds around the perimeter with Brian Gavin''s best cut diamonds. I would keep to the style of the ring though and have the ultra-thin bezel recreated b/c that reminds me of the Legacy.
