I''m SO excited. I just won a garnet.

It''s my FI''s birthstone and I don''t have a garnet. I won this baby in a Secret Stone giveaway. It was snuggled away on a web page with instructions on how to claim it. I just happened to stumble by as I was browsing the net while sitting in the waiting room of my chiropractor! Apparenlty this is gem #2 out of 10 that will be given away! The time between give aways is between 1-4 weeks. I guess I''ll have to keep out the lookout!

So I''ve never had a garnet before and this is the only picture that I have. What do you think????

It will probably be dark, but it looks like it will have bright red flashes, which are my absolute favorite.
