It will help if you share what service you're seeking. Removing an inscription can be done in many places, but a complex repair or recutting project becomes more specialized. Remember, you often get what you pay for.

This is an interesting question - and I think wrongly focused.

Why would I want a "cheap cutter" for a diamond. Cutting a quality geometry takes time , precision, and patience - not fast and loose.

In the end you get what you pay for. A cheap cutter is not likely to cut a diamond that has good light return - more likely to cut what we commonly call a "dud" (I would not want to insult the great memebers of the canine family by comparing them to what poorly cut diamonds look like).

If I were looking to get a diamond cut - I would be looking for a cutter with a reputation for fantastic cutting. Nothing less. That will provide the highest quality - highest value (to me) diamond.

Why would I even think to look for a "cheap" cutter?
