From what I understand Fiery Ideal Cut just means that the the crown height percentage is higher and that the crown angle is steeper (with the pavilion angle correspondingly shallower) thus producing a stone that will exhibit more fiery dispersion and less white brightness. It would seem to me that this is desirable but in the end is up to your personal preference. From what I understand these are less common than the TICs or the BICs. I would think that an AGS 0 for symmetry means that the stone has excellent symmetry. Seems like a real find to me.
FIC's are harder to come by, and highly desirable to some of us! It looks like a very nice stone - AGS000 - so as long as it is eye clean, I think you have found a winner!
