I am looking in buying a cartier trinity ring with these numbers 750 65 3388 , how can i verify this ring and make sure it is authentic . Is there a number that indicates the size of this ring ? Thanks !

The size would be 65, the same as a US size 11. There are quite a few fakes out there. You would need to get a good look at the hallmarking.
