Cartier tank watch yay or na

Later on on the year I want to purchase my first watch... Finally!
I want a watch I can use forever, as in it will be timeless and won't date.

I have been thinking about the cartier tank solo watch in small with the bracelet, however for that price I could get a nice longine watch with diamonds etc.

One of the dilemma is I feel it looks a little masculine and I have tiny wrists (circumference 5.5inches)
I don't want it looking like a mans watch on my bony wrists.

But it is a classic, which is why I'm falling for it.

Any advice? Do you think it looks masculine or would it be too big on my wrists.
I'm not near a store so I can't try it on.

I don't have a forever watch yet but I do have small wrist like you. Have you considered the tank francaise ladies size? It's a little bit smaller than the tank solo.

Based on the dimensions the solo is not that much bigger. I think it'll look fine on your wrist, certainly not masculine.

The above was a recent post on Cartier jewelry including some tank watches. Maybe ask the posters on there. Alternatively if u can go to the store and take a picture if what the watch is on your hand and post it on here to get a few opinions?

Ultimately, it is what u feel comfortable in wearing. Have fun with the process.

Really! With the amount they charge id hope they don't give lousey service.
