Cartier Solitaire 1895

I really love the classic Cartier Solitaire 1895 setting. The problem is my budget ($6,000) cannot get me one from Cartier.

Can you guys recommend any reputable companies that can make an identical ring?

Leon does beautiful four-prong cathedral settings (which is what the Cartier 1895 is) - his are around $1200 or so? In platinum.

I really like the WF fine line setting, looks a lot like the Cartier.

you should be able to get a really good 90 pointer and be within budget

what do you mean by actual cartier dimensions? i suppose you could go into cartier and ask them how thick the band is?

ditto - just ask.


Should mention that no reputable designer will create an exact, identical copy of a designer setting, even a very simple one like the original tiffs or this cartier. Band thickness might be an easy little thing to change to get the same look in a custom inspired-by..?
