Cartier ring sizing chart?

I am struggling to find a chart that translates Cartier sizings to traditional sizings. Anyone know of such a chart? For example what does 50 & 54 mean? Thanks!

My Cartier wedding ring is 53, and it measures about 6 1/2 or so American size, if that helps.
