Canada Seal need some help

Hi Guys
Need some help with some research I am doing.
Has anyone seen this seal anywhere or know anything about it.
Its possibly not genuine

I don''t see any bear on This Website . A logo of the Northwest Territories Government (link) features a bear...

but not their diamond hallmark:

polar bear diamonds doesnt appear to use that logo.

I would contact them and ask them.

Johan, if you have a number of (certificate?) you can try to submit it for verification to Canada Mark.
