Can you put Cushion specs into the HCA and get results?

no, it is only calibrated for modern round brilliant, so it is not even usable for modified round cuts.

There is only one cushion with the same crown/pavillion angles as a round brilliant and that is the square cushion hearts and arrows.
These are cut to near tolkowsky complimentary angles just like top cut round brilliant.

You still can't use HCA on it though because depth in fancies is calculated differently than in rounds.
