Can you put a round diamond into a ring made for Princess?

If all of this wasn't difficult enough I've come to another obstacle. I know my girlfriend would absolutely love something like this

Unfortunately she also loves round diamonds and is not very found of princess cut. So is it possible to put a round diamond in this setting or to change the prongs? I'm not sure if anyone can answer this by looking at it on the internet or if it would have to be viewed in person .

I wouldn't advise doing that with a Helzberg ring. There are similar settings out there that are made for rounds:
