Show me! I watch a lot of lifetime movies and Spanish telenovelas and many times the characters will be wearing what i would consider haphazard looks with their ering. I mean. Combos i would never put together bc i would fear my ering would get lost. If you like to change things up and play around, show me! Post pics and comment on why you think it works!

LOL I’m Hispanic and I see first hand some crazy combos. Like my cousin’s comes to mind. Perhaps telenovelas inspired her look bc it’s something alright!

I need photos! I wear a wide variety of bands but I'm not sure that is what you mean.

@nala There’s an area I pass through and will stop for lunch at Pure Bread. I see lots of classy looking older ladies..and I’m not young..so older than me..haha..that wear multiple solitaire rings on one finger. They are usually a mix of an diamond emerald cut with rings of rubies, sapphires, pearls all on one finger. They will be turned sideways every which way because of the solitaires..The combinations somehow work..I couldn’t pull that off...but they do...I enjoy stopping there to see if I see any unusual pairings..

I will try to get a picture of my cousin’s. We are traveling together next month. Think of your jeweler box and all the cocktail rings you have collected over the years. Now put on as many rings as you can stack on your ring finger. This is NOT a clean modern stack, by any means. These are usually big rings with big heads and clustered diamonds. Is that what you are picturing too, Nala?

Does this qualify?

Double the (ER) old cut fun. ♥️♥️

Are we talking about a thanos hand of rings? This was from the SF PS get together.

Gorgeous! I can identify some of the PS’ers rings! Haha

Ok. Here is a screenshot of one telenovela. I tried my best to capture whatever is going on with that look. Very eye catching!8C8A675C-3731-4C1D-92CA-61D796ABB02F.png

I’m drooling over the pics posted. I definitely did not hit the mark here. I envisioned tacky in my mind not gorgeous baubles.

Too much? Nahhh. Just right. :sun:

All I see in these photos is that they wear their engagement ring first vs a wedding band.
Why would this mean you’d lose your ring more easily?
I dont understand.

I haven't seen many people irl with stacks like that but I see them on some other jewelry places online.

Idk why but it drives me crazy when the wedding band is worn on the other side of the engagemeng ring. It looks so backwards to me.

That’s what I was wondering. Is that ‘order’ of ring wearing (ER first) a cultural variation, or is it thought that it’s worn there and ‘held in place’ by a band or three because it‘s not properly sized?
