can you leave diamond ring in cleaner overnight?

Hi !! Occasionally, I will leave my diamond/platinum e-ring and wedding band to soak in jewelry cleaner overnight - is this ok practice? I do this about once every 3-4 weeks. Thanks for your advice!!

The short answer is yes, it''s fine. Unless you''re cleaning your rings in boiling acid, and then maybe I''d rethink prolonged exposure.
